We buy every game at retail and play a minimum of 20 hours before a single word is written. No early codes with strings attached.

Rough notes rest for a day. Distance turns first impressions into honest opinions, and hot takes into considered ones.

Shaping & scoring

A second writer edits for clarity and fairness. Scores are argued out loud so a number always matches the paragraph beside it.

Out of the oven

Published warm, then updated as patches land. Every review carries the date it was last tasted so you know how fresh it is.
